Sharmeen Sultana, MD, attended Goa Medical College in Goa, India, and received her medical degree in 1991. Upon relocating to the United States, she served her internship and family medicine residency at Bronx-Lebanon Hospital Center, currently The BronxCare Health System, in the Bronx, New York. In addition, Dr. Sultana received board certification in family medicine from the American Board of Family Medicine. She remains an active member of the American Academy of Family Physicians.
